We now offer FREE SHIPPING exclusively for customers in the US, UK, and Canada.

Our utmost priority is ensuring the satisfaction of our loyal customers, and to achieve this goal, we’ve introduced free shipping. You can rest assured that with our free shipping service, your orders will be promptly processed and delivered.

We maintain multiple warehouses, including one in the USA, where a significant portion of our products is stored. This strategic placement allows us to expedite deliveries to our customers.

For orders that are recorded, our dispatch time ranges from one (1) day as the minimum to a maximum of ten (10) days.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during purchase is accurate and complete, including your email address, to facilitate smooth deliveries.

If requested by customers before dispatch, we can provide a picture of the product, adding an extra layer of convenience to ensure you receive exactly what you expect.

We utilize reputable services such as DHL, FedEx, Sky-Net, and USPS for our deliveries. If an order isn’t dispatched within 20 days, customers have the option to request a refund for their purchased products. We regret that, due to uncertain shipping times and customs clearance issues, we are unable to ship to Russia, Israel, India, Brazil, Iran, Iraq, OFAC, and Sanctioned Countries. However, we are actively working to resolve this matter.

When multiple products are ordered from our website, we make every effort to ship them in a single parcel. Occasionally, due to custom orders or variations in the order, we may need to make exceptions and ship items in two or three shipments. Customers are promptly informed via email as soon as we receive payment.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking code, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment. If you are unable to be present at the time of delivery, you can reschedule it by contacting the courier company directly.

Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the courier company returning the parcel, for which neither we nor the courier company can be held responsible.

The tracking code provided will include a numerical tracking number, the dispatch date, and the expected delivery date. We recommend that customers stay updated by checking the tracking code after receiving the dispatch notification.

Please refrain from providing P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses; always furnish a physical residential or street address for shipping purposes. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties on their parcels. It’s important to note that the delivery timeframe may vary depending on product availability and size. Therefore, we may fulfill orders from our international manufacturing warehouse as needed.

Please note that a signature is required upon receiving the order to confirm delivery.
